I watch it fairly routinely, but missed the finale and will try to catch it sometime this week if I can. As far as I know, there was no cliffhanger. Michael and Ben are trying to reconcile the fact that their Canadian marriage is not recognized in the US with their feelings. Heard somewhere that Debbie is going to delay her marriage to Carl until her son's is recognized. Haven't heard how the Mel/Lindsay plot came out.
Peter Paige never did skin flicks to my knowledge. He's openly gay, no where near so flamboyant in real life as Emmet and single. The other two openly gay cast members are Robert Gant and Randy Harrison, both partnered.
