| | Re: (23) I was Desperate last night.... | | Too predictable. I've been doing some thinking on this one--killing a baby or sibling--too obvious. Besides, if there were a body in that box that was buried under the pool, um--why didn't he just leave it there? No one knew??? I think it is deeper. Maybe a robbery gone bad, and now all the jewels are supposedly sinking in the ocean??? I dunno. For those within range--Amy I know you are, Cecily T on Channel 6 visited the set and is doing a spot about it tonight at 11. I'll post a link if it appears on the website.
Or--you know, it could be that Zach had a twin--and Mary Alice, who was obviously unbalanced killed the twin, and since it was a home birth no one knew. Zach found out and thinks since he is the living twin he is responsible for the death.
I need to go back to work folks. Two days off and I am running away with story possibilites.
Emma--MaryAlice most definitly committed suicide. That was clear in the first episode. |

Nah. I think he wants to be spanked. | Yep - or something along those lines. He wants something erotic, but thinks it would make his wife a whore or some garbage like that.

LOL Yes, must say that whole telling the bitch mom off for the Play was pretty funny....could see my wife doing that! haha | Who, me?
I thought Lynette was awesome, too. She is someone I would definitely love to have as a friend.
I'm finding the story line a little confusing, but only watched one episode. Hopefully things will fall together soon. Reading the posts here helped somewhat.

I think he's gay.
Did you laugh when they did the close up on the burrito? OMG, I thought I was going to fall off the couch! and it feels REALLY REALLY weird to write "Bree" in that sentence above....my daughter's name is Bree and no way do I want to picture her doing that!!!

| | Re: (25) I was Desperate last night.... | | Michelle and I discussed this after the show. We did not come to the conclusion that he's gay.
We came to the conclusion that he's the one who is sexually repressed, and that his fantasy involves having sex in a mess of some sort. |

Lynn | I just think he is having issues with his wife playing the seduction theme. I suppose it is from when he said she sounds like a whore. It made the issue that his prim and proper wife whouldnt be doing these things stick in my head.
The burrito was just hysterical.

| | Re I was Desperate last night.... | | What a season finale!!!
We were in the airport last week and some guy who was listening to our conversation offered up his "theory" about Lynette and Tom. Turned out he was right.
I think Mike's Zach's dad. And I wonder, now that Mary Alice has spilled her guts if they are going to have Rex narrate the next season.
Great show...I hope there are reruns over the summer so I can catch the two episodes that I missed!!!!

So if Mike is Zach's father, and Zach kills Mike, will this be like an Oedipus thing, and Zach will have to pluck out his eyes? |

| | Re I was Desperate last night.... | | YOu know---Rex might not be dead. It might be a sting to catch Bree--to see if she was the one messing with his meds.
Seems none of the guys are guaranteed a return next season. Only the women have contracts. They don't find out until later in June if they return. (It was in our paper yesterday)

| | Re I was Desperate last night.... | | Angie, our DH discussion at karate brought that up. I never thought Rex wasn't dead, but ya know....things just aren't what they seem on that show!
Hmmmmmm...is it September yet????

| Oh, wow, I never thought of that -- it never occurred to me that he wasn't dead. But I bet you're right. I bet that's what happened. We didn't see anything except for the phone call, so there's no reason Rex COULDN'T still be alive, and we know the doctor was really suspicious of Bree. |

| | Re I was Desperate last night.... | | Supposedly they "thought" Rex was being poisoned. So you know this is looking right at Bree--but that note he wrote--"Bree, I forgive you". Something tells me there is more to Mr. Rex that just a heart attack.

| | Re I was Desperate last night.... | | Just for the amusement of my fellow EA-ers, I share this story:
Every Sunday night lately, I've come down to get coffee, wine or whatever after 9-ish and honey quickly hits "last channel n the remote so I can't see what he was watching. Unusual behavior for him - we keep no secrets anyway - and so I determined to find out what it was (I'm nosey like that). Turns out he has been watching the Desperate Housewives reruns all summer! He watched one one night, got hooked and snuck the rest becasue he was too embarrassed for liking a "soap". LOL | |
