Too bad I don't have cable, Dexter looks good from the ads I've seen.
From the broadcast networks, I've gotten sucked into a couple of new lawyer series (Shark and Justice); also been watching The Nine and Studio 60 (both so-so) and really liked Smith (so it was of course cancelled after three episodes). Haven't really made my mind up yet about Vanished
(Is the lead FBI agent really dead?)
and watch Jericho even though it's basically a soap opera with some of the dumbest post-apocalyptic people around (duh, you might want to consider REALLY conserving gasoline and batteries).
I watched the first episode of The Nine and got totally bored about 3/4 through. Haven't picked it up since.
Watched Studio 60 last week (not last night) and thought it was bizarrly stupid. I just didn't get the whole thing. We actually watched CSI Miami last night as the lesser of three evils (I detest David Caruso).
Heros is good, but I've missed the first 1/2 hour every week so far due to choir practice (done this week.) What happened to Claire after she woke up in the morgue last night???? Did she just heal back up again?

Okay, when it was over last week, they took the stick out of her head and she started to wake up. She looked down and was laid open. I saw that part and went "Yikes!"
I did see her get even with the quarterback. That was pretty brilliant.
I like the show, and I'm glad I'll get to see it start to finish starting next week. I miss Monday Night Football though. (no cable)

Brothers and Sisters sucks.
I wanted to love Studio 60, but it sucks.
Hero's is oddly compelling - I'm enjoying that though I missed some. How did she get back at the quarterback?
Heroes looks interesting, but I've never been able to watch it. Basically I tried not to watch any new shoes b/c I don't have the time to get hooked on anything new. I did watch the first couple eps of Smith, but wasn't real excited about it, I didn't realize it had been cancelled already.
I'll stick to my old favorites.

I'm enjoying Heroes. The whole thing is very comic book, but interesting.
The Nine is dragging. It has one more chance this week with me.
Jericho I've stopped watching, but my cable has it on demand. I haven't seen the third episode and I don't know if I want to. They set up some decent tension at the beginning, but it turns out I don't really care about any of the characters, so... yeah, I don't care about the show.
30 Rock was OK. Alec Baldwin was great on it, so I'm still evaluating.
Vanished I couldn't get into. I started doing work in front of the TV and realized I didn't care.
All the rest of my TV is returning stuff.
Battlestar Galactica is awesome in its third season. It's dark, complex and wonderful. Worth catching it on DVD if you don't have cable.
Smallville has been OK. Kinda goofy compared to last season. But it's a teen drama, so what ought I to expect?
The Office is as hilarious as ever, with the new office denizens even crazier than the office that Jim left.
My Name Is Earl is still funny.
The second season of the new Doctor Who is good so far. Better than a lot of stuff on that channel anyhow. These are repeats, because they've all already aired in Great Britain.
Prison Break has been pretty good, although it's been on a 3 week break.
CSI took a dark turn. Not bad so far, though I'm not caught up with last week.
Lost has been good, but I wonder where it's going. Something big has to happen soon.
On DVD:
Hustle. I just watched the first episode of the first season of this con artist series. Nice!
Dropped Smith after the first show. I'm sticking with Brothers and Sisters for the time being because I like Calisata Flockhart (yes, I know, I have very pedestrian tastes). I haven't seen Heroes yet (recorded it last night haven't watched it). I hated The Class. I'm sticking with The Nine for a little while longer as well. Studio 60 just did not look appealing at all.
She flirtted with him, got him to let her drive his fast car with him in the passenger seat, put the pedal to the metal and slammed into a wall.
More fingerprints on the steering wheel. Photos of her face taken by the police investigators when her body was discovered. Wouldn't somebody put two and two together?
I like Brothers and Sisters, I like Studio 60. Haven't seen Jericho although I wanted to, same for The Nine. Kidnapped, which no one has mentioned, I like. But then again I like Jeremy Sisto. Hate The Class.

Well, I'm a sucker for Sorkin, and I love behind-the-scenes stuff, so count me as one of the few who like Studio 60. Haven't seen Heroes yet, but I want to, and wanted to see Smith but blinked and missed it.
I keep wanting to see Heroes, but I always forget. I've been watching Jericho, and every week I wonder why I'm still watching. And (don't laugh!) (very hard, anyway) I love Project Runway. Naomi, I win in the pedestrian taste dept.
