Logic dictates that you leave it on your Christmas list. It is the perfect Christmas List item - it's got a unique identifier (there's only one "Grey's Anatomy Season 2 CD set" as opposed to, say, "a bathrobe"), it's sold in stores full of electronics and/or video games, and it doesn't require profanity-filled hours of assembly.
Buy the CD set now and you're dooming yourself to a puce-colored, itchy cardigan sweater with matching hat two sizes too big on Christmas morning.
