| | Okay.. I saw that Lynn's watching it... anyone else?
To be honest, I haven't really been paying attention other than the fact that I totally would cover Adrian Pasdar with honey and lick it all off and Milo Ventimiglia ain't too shabby either.
Then Dr. Who showed up and then the ending last night...
It's got me hooked. Anyone else? |

| | I saw parts of it last night. First few minutes, last few minutes. I enjoy it, I just wish I could remember to tape it each time because it comes on at the kids' bedtime and I usually miss most of it.
I take it that Peter-the-talent-sucker is the source of the nuclear boom in the near future, and they're trying to get around that?

And have you all signed up for the "secret" stuff at Primatech paper? I think they are doing a sort of "Lost" thing with it. |

| | I kept meaning to see this, and meaning to see this, but I'd never watched a single episode until last night. Now it is on my DVR.
Are there any plot points I need to know before I keep watching? |

| | Peter is going to get a little too close to Claire's mommy, is my guess. And yeah, I NEVER saw that ending coming. Hoo-boy.
Leslie, if they have some plot synopsis at (bother, which network is it on???) ABC/NBC.com, read through them quickly to get caught up. It would help to understand who has what powers, and the overall plot so far. I think it might be hard to jump in right now.
I absolutely love this show...I think Amy's the one who initially recommended it, and I got hooked with one viewing. Just before Christmas, they were showing back-to-back repeats and I'd watch for 3 hours at a shot, even if I'd seen it before. I'll rarely watch repeats, so that's saying something.
I feel awful for Nikki though...it was heartbreaking to see her caught in the mirror while Jessica went to play Scrabble with Micah. How's she going to get out?????

| | Yup, TWOP is the way to go. Here's the eps page. I love TWOP for Lost, but haven't had much time to read it this season. They always mention the little things I miss, or make connections between eps that I would never catch. Usually they're pretty funny to read though, although that probably depends on which show you're reading and who writes it.

| | TV.com does a good job on episode guides, too. I keep meaning to read through them and catch up, myself.

| | Love the show, hated the tagline at the beginning of the season.
In any case, it's probably not Claire's mommy that is the source of the explosive power, it is some other "mutant" (or whatever name they're giving to these people with powers). I don't think we know his name, but there's a guy out there who can make explosions. |

| | No, but imagine Claire's mommy and the radioactive guy and god knows what else. If Sylar and Peter get near each other without Peter being able to channel it, that's a mess in itself. |

| | THe radioactive guy is Theodore Sprague according to the graphic novel. His ability killed his wife.
I hope everyone is keeping up with the graphic novels and knows about Hana/Samantha? |

| | Oh. My. Gosh.
I just read the recap on TWOP of the first episode, and now I really, really want to watch it. I'll be reading the rest to catch up, and hopefully I can start watching it.
What night is it on?

| | Monday.
I think you can see past episodes on line here: NBC.com > 24|7 Video > Rewind > Full Episodes > Heroes
But they don't have all of them. Just the first one and the last few. Unless I'm missing something.
It should help you get caught up. |

| | I'll have to try to catch up this weekend. Monday's are good b/c we don't have any other shows, but at the same time bad b/c it's one of our free nights. I hate being a slave to my VCR!
Right now I'm trying to decide if I want to continue to watch LOST. It comes back from hiatus tonight for something like 16 straight weeks with no reruns. I know if I don't start watching, I won't miss it. But if I start watching it again, I won't be able to miss a week. I'm probably better off just not watching it. I said the same thing about Gilmore Girls, and after missing the first episode back, the stupid commercials got me sucked back in (I guess I should have known it would happen), and now I'm mad I missed the first new episode.

| | I was looking for this thread yesterday! But, being spelling challenged, I was looking for a thread about "Heros" not "Heroes"
Yeah...but I think they'll manage to pull it off.

| | I prefer more actual storyline, but if they do a good job I guess it will be interesting to see what's at stake. It gives them the leeway to do some spectacular stuff. It could be fun. |
