| | Imaginary Heroes. Just watched it this morning. Damn good movie. Really disturbing, engaging, and moving film.

| | this is one of my all time favorite movies.
there are a lot of good movies on the lists people have put-but seriously, ya'll have too much taste and class
I prefer mindless movies-last night we watched Bring it on Again All or Nothing... horrible and yet, we couldn't stop watching.
I love the Garfield movies-especially the 2ed one.

| | If you want mindless movies of questionable taste, I like Ski School, and Used Cars. Of course, I also like John Carpenter's The Thing, and Calendar Girls. We're not all high-brow.

| | We watched House on Haunted Hill last weekend (1999 version). It was scarey, but having His Hawtness to watch made it all worthwhile.

| | We just saw National Treasure II, and enjoyed it hugely. So it was preposterous, so what. (Marty got so excited seeing the Library of Congress, where he has gone a number of times to do research.)

| | Pippa, if you watch House on Haunted Hill, you get to drool over Taye Diggs.

Patented eris "freakin' whackadoo" movie. It starts out confusing, eventually comes together and makes sense, and there's a point to it beyond the weirdness. Oh, and it even has a happy ending.

| | OMG - I forgot to report - I SAW A REAL MOVIE. IN A THEATER. (This is big news because the last movie I saw was "Signs.") Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day is sweet and funny and you can see the ending coming from a mile and a half away and it's got a touch of the perils-of-Pauline Victorian melodrama in it but it was an enjoyable romp and I give it a thumbs-up.

| | AVP is sitting on my coffee table. Please God, tell me I won't have to "watch" this movie. And by watch, I mean "sleep in the same room while this stupid movie plays because sleeping will HAVE to be better than watching this crap."
I've successfully avoided watching the Battle Star Galactica dvds on my coffee table for about three weeks now. Every week I have to fall asleep while the new episode plays on tv, however. *Snore!* I'm thinking the fact that they've been taking up prime real-estate on my coffee table for this long means that they won't leave me unless I watch them, however. Sigh. |

I  Used Cars. | Now wait just a Goddamn minute. What the hell is this? Is this a 1974 Mercedes 450SL for *twenty-four thousand dollars? (Pause) That's too fucking high.
[ blows up car with dynamite. Roy watches at home]

This movie just made my favorites list.
The way it was described to me, I was expecting a really quirky black-humor film. This is a sweet, sensitive, funny, sad, beautifully acted and directed film. I loved it! |

Hmm. The Station Agent, Bangkok Dangerous (the original), Intacto, In July, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, The Thirteenth Floor, Gattaca, Ridicule, Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World, Run Lola Run...
I'm not quite sure if any of these had been mentioned. I've more though...
