Mole II

This is the saddest day of my life!

I don't watch a lot of tv, but what I do watch, I get hooked on. This was true of the Mole, and now Mole II. I was suprised that they put it on Friday nights -- Fridays were always preteen programs, from what I remember, like Family Matters and other crappy "happy family" type stuff. However, ABC put two adult shows -- the Mole II and Theives on kiddie night. I must admit I was surpised. So, I stayed home friday nights, because I am an avid Mole fan and would watch it no matter what time it was on, and would literally change my schedule around the Mole. Guess what happened tonight?

My Mole was GONE. Vanished. POOF! And I heard nary a word about it.

Instead, I got mindless drivel -- America's Funniest Home Videos. Back to the preteen wasteful and idiotic programming. Forget having something adult and challenging like the Mole. Actually, I wouldn't mind if the Mole left Friday nights. I went onto ABC to figure out what day of the week I'd need to stay home now, to watch the mole. I was willing to make the sacrifice. I found no mention on ABC.com about the mole's new day or time. I went onto the message boards and discovered the horrible truth -- the mole was yanked. It will be back in January to replace a flop.

How could ABC take off the one good show they had? How could they get their fans hooked, only to give them months without a fix. I am very disappointed in ABC. I even signed an online petition, believe it or not.

Is anyone else this disappointed?

I've heard that several reality shows that involve stealthy characters or hunting people or other such have been removed because of the 'general climate' in America.

Actually, I want to be part of the Big Brother show. Of course, I'd be voted out early, I'm sure.
