Can't say that I did. I used to be really drawn into these programs. But, for some reason, when I became depressed about my appearance (when I was much younger) I dumped these programs because they made me feel worse!
Now, I accept who I am and how I look, albeit there are things I want to change, but watching these, reading "vogue" and the other beautiful people magazines, I just won't
do it!
Besides, I have problems with the swimsuit part. How is that telling us the person is truly beautiful on the inside when they are strutting in 4 - 6 inche heels in a barely there bikini?
