I enjoyed it. The first hour review was good - I hadn't really forgotten anything (I re-read our thread here to refresh my memory) but it was fun to relive some of those events.

I want to know what John knows and how he knows it.
I want to know why Hurley kept seeing Jacob's hut and then it was gone.
I want Charlie to keep coming back.
I want to know who the other three Oceanic Six are, and who the mysterious guy is that visited Hurley in the nut hut.
I want to know a lot.

But then, that's what the show is all about, isn't it??

What I want to know is what is the "secret" that Hurley wants to tell, and Jack said "no", when they were playing basketball. That threw me. But that is why we keep watching!!

Okay, well, then....last night was INTERESTING to say the least.

We now know the identity of five of the "Oceanic 6": Jack, Kate, Hurley, Sayid, Ben. Who is number six? Is it the dead guy? Jeremy thinks it's Desmond. I'm tempted to say Sawyer. But I think Sawyer is the one Hurley thinks they should go back for....he's still on the island.

So maybe Desmond is the one. I don't think Charlie counts 'cause he's dead. But Locke....will he get out alive? Or will he keep wandering around in circles looking for Jacob?

Who was the chick the Sayid was sleeping with working for?

I think it's starting to really get good...anyone else want to chime in?

I don't think that Ben is one of the Oceanic 6. I think he had his own ways off the island. Afterall, he wouldn't have been on the passenger manifest for the flight, so that would have raised some serious questions if he claimed to have been one of them.

Now I personally think that the guy that died at the end of last season that Kate didn't go to the service for may have been Sawyer. Who else would she say "Why would I go to his funeral" about? She may have had bad feelings about Sawyer choosing to side with Locke instead of her and Jack.

I went out to the Lostpedia that (Leslie? Pippa?) posted last year, and it echoed what you said about Ben not being one of The Six....I wasn't thinking that way, but you are right. There are only four known.

I must be becoming a real Lost nerd because I watched the rerun, last night, of last week's episode, just to see the pop-up comments.

One of them pointed to a website: Find 815

It's filled with puzzles! I haven't had time yet to do more than take a quick peek, but it looks like fun.

The reason Ben is not one of the six is that he wasn't on the plane. It's the Oceanic Six because of the flight they were on. And the ads said they would reveal one more. And one more next week.

If Kate has a problem with Sawyer in the future, I think it's about stuff that hasn't happened yet. They seemed pretty friendly in the teaser for next week. We'll see.

Well, well, well. Interesting episode last night, doncha think?

So now we know who #5 is. Anyone else surprised at that revelation?

Where's the helicopter? Did Sayid hijack it and take it back to civilization?

In the future, where are the rest of the survivors (and The Others)...if there were only six who got off the island (and how did the other 5 get off if Sayid hijacked the copter, which is why I don't think he did...), how did they escape, and why didn't the rest of them come?

I'd take a filthy dirty sweaty grimy Sawyer over cleaned up Jack any day of the week.

Jack looks like he did get his act together, unless the flash-forward of last year's closer is actually AFTER Kate's trial, and now that Kate's rejected Jack, he's going to begin that downhill slide into addiction.

I nearly bit off my tongue.

What is the deal with Ben? I was soooo confused last week. I watched it 3 times, and still didn't comprehend. I watched the enhanced last night too, but I still think last week's was very confusing.

Ben isn't one of the 6 is he???

When I watched it last night, I was so scared that the baby was going to be horribly deformed -- I thought the plot would be something like "Rosemary's Baby" -- and I thought that was the reason why Kate didn't want her mother to see the baby, and why she didn't want to bring it into the courtroom, and why she said she understood why Jack didn't want to see it -- so I was braced for a horror-film type reveal at the end. And the closer she got to the baby's room, the more scared I got.

Even when they showed him looking normal, I still thought he would turn his head and show he had two faces, or the camera would pull back and show he had no legs, or six legs ...

So I got all scared for nothing!

And then, when she said the baby's name, I thought she said "Erin." And I thought, "Erin? Is it supposed to be a girl? But it looks like a boy." And then the music came up, signalling that what she had just said was signficant. So I thought, "Wow, I must have misheard. I better go over to televisionwithoutpity and see what Kate really said."

And then, two seconds later, before I had a chance to look anything up, I had a sudden forehead-slapping moment. "Oh, it's Aaron!!!"

Heh.

I thought that was a great episode. I do like the Skate (Sawyer/Kate) scenes. I hope that wasn't the last!

I don't think that Ben would have been counted as one of the Oceanic 6 because he wasn't on the passenger list for the flight. (As far as we know -- anything is possible on Lost.)

yeah, I didn't think I heard her right either, Emma. I said something like "the kid is blonde, he must be Sawyer's" and Jeremy said "NO...she said Aaron...that's CLAIRE'S baby!!!"

And I was sort of expecting the baby to have something wrong as well. But not to the visible eye (dah dah dah dah<----Twight Zone music) you never know......

Well-when the "child" was first mentioned, I thought maybe it was a child she had before the crash. When she went upstairs, and said Aaron...I nearly fell over. Clearly something must happen to Claire--and maybe Kate is somehow responsible???

What happened between Kate and her father??? Anyone pick up on that?

Kate killed her abusive stepfather - I'm pretty sure that's what they were referring to. That's the whole reason she was a fugitive - she was wanted for murder.

That could be it! It would be surprising if a baby born on the island wasn't strange in some way -- at the very least, I'd expect it to have some strange psychic powers.
