Does anybody remember his music from the 80's?

I just got his Valotte album and it's washing the memories of old over me. What an album. I love his voice, just like John Lennon's. They sound so similar!

I do. And yes, he sounds (and looks) a lot like his dad. I remember the big rumor in the 80s was that the Beatles could reunite with him in John's place (unfounded rumors, obviously, but the buzz was EVERYWHERE when that album came out).

I only remember one or two songs, but I remember I liked them.

I think he decided he really did not want to be in the public eye much, IIRC.
