| | seeing it or no?
we will be, in fact I bought the three other ones on DVD this weekend...
I figure the newest one can't be as bad as Temple of Doom-and I kind of sort of like Temple of Doom, it's a very dark movie-more so than the other two.

| | I'd like to see it in the theatre. Dan is not so hot on theatre movies, so maybe I'll take the boy if Dan goes camping this weekend.
I love the Indy series. We've got all of them (including "Young Indiana Jones") on VHS but not on DVD.

| | I will get there this weekend sometime, in between rehearsals for 'The Music Man' which opens on the 6th.
Love the original film but both of the sequels were marred by not including Karen Allen as foil/romantic partner. Kate Capshaw is a decent actress but Spielberg's direction of her in 'Temple of Doom' was just plain wrong. Her instincts are good though. Watch the opening sequence in the nightclub - brilliant film making. Alison Doody in 'Last Crusade' was just a bad actress and its no surprise she vanished after that film and was never seen again.
I'm glad Karen Allen is back for this one.

| | Karen Allen is back -- and the movie is much better than the earlier sequels. Not perfect, but definitely better.

| | I enjoyed it. I loved a lot of inferences in the movie, especially a Star Wars one.
Heck, I was excited because it was one of the first movies I have seen in a theater for a LONG time!

| | I still haven't seen it! I ended up in the hospital the day we meant to see it, we went to the movies this weekend and I ended up in Kung Fu Panda with ds. DD wouldn't take him because she PROMISED her BFF that they would see it TOGETHER....
the current plan is: next weekend I take DD and her BFF to the mall-they go see KFPanda and I go see Indiana Jones.

| | I finally got to see it the prarie dogs reminded me of the gofers in Caddyshack.
ds keeps walking around with a comb and combing his hair like Mutt. I'm not sure which is worse, that he is idolizing Mutt or that I've managed to get him addicted to Gilligan's island . I bought the 2ed Gilligan's island DVD series for $13 at walmart.... He loves it. I've had to order the 1st season and the movie rescue from Gilligan's island. I still need the 3ed season
