No, but I want to read the books. We do have HBO, but I never remember to check when it's on & probably wouldn't know what's going on coming in at this point.

I read one of the books recently, I think the newest one, and rather enjoyed it so I may give the show a try. Sounds fun, anyway.

Melanie, you're the last person here that I thought would watch it. Lots of Vampire sex.
We watched the whole season on-demand over the holiday weekend. I've since become vampire obsessed. The show is sooooo fun!!!!
So..... what do you think the deal is with MaryAnn? And Lafayette can't be dead - can he? And I'm not real clear on the mechanics of how one becomes a vampire - and then there's the whole question of sex with a vampire when they don't have a heart to push the blood to certain areas. And isn't Jessica a hoot? |

Well, if it's just all sex I guess I'll skip it. The one book I read had a bit of sexy stuff in it, but that was not the focus by any means. Granted, I haven't read the rest of them. But the one I read was kind of fun.

Tragic t'ing is t'at I know 'ow you become a vampire in Anne Rice novels... and 'ow you become a vampire in Twilig't and 'ow you become a vampire according to Nora Roberts, but I can't remember in Sookie's world 'ow it 'appens. See my vampire problem?  |
