| | Movie Melodies #1 (maybe the last as well) | | Okay, this thought came to me as I was listening to the soundtrack to Moulin Rouge for like the 20-thousandth time, so let's see how it strikes you guys.
I thought to start up a thread trying to guess the soundtrack of a film. I think it could be terribly difficult but, there are quite a few of you out there that ask some pretty good questions. It is the meshing of the movie questions as well as a music question topic. If anyone has any suggestions as to guidelines to try and use, post them, definitely.
So, I guess I will take a chance and start this off by saying simply, it is the soundtrack to a film, not Moulin Rouge (although that is an incredible soundtrack) and I'll try not to make it too incredibly tough until we can feel this out a little.
Guess away, if you dare.

| | To verify: There are musical type montages in the film.. yes?
Is the music used by any of the characters to talk to each other with, or to dance with-- in one or two scenes (but not enough to make the film a musical)?
Is it a film whose appeal was mainly to teenagers?

Joubert, I suspect you ave probably figured it out at this point then. I tried to make it a good one to start off the possible continuation of the topic.
Is the music used by any of the characters to talk to each other with, or to dance with-- in one or two scenes (but not enough to make the film a musical)? ... NO
Is it a film whose appeal was mainly to teenagers? ... NO, quite the opposite
Chris, I am a little unsure as to your question of " To verify: There are musical type montages in the film.. yes?"
