| | A shake-up between teams will be Gina's only chance for survival. She's the only competant one left on the team. At this point, if she can survive a merge she'll be too vulnerable. The other team seems to get along quite well, and they will view her as a threat (after they dump all the arrogant and idiotic).
Hunter and Gina were the two strongest on the team. I hope there is a shake up so the arrogant, lazy idiots will need to step to the plate.
The fact that Sarah and Sean are still on the team is mind boggling! Momma should still be there (although I agree that getting rid of Peter was the right thing to do after the holey body conversation). |

| | Remember to get your picks in... | | Just thought I would remind everyone that tonight is Survivor. (I assume it will go back to Thursday after this week - right? March Madness moves to the weekends next week I do believe. Not Completely sure though.)
I just realized you guys are gonna trounce me the next couple of weeks. I am heading to England for the next 18 days. sOOo, oh well. Good luck whilest I am gone. Dij |

| | Oops. I missed it last week. So Hunter's out? Why? Was it because he was too bossy or because he would be a competitive threat further down the line or was it something else?
Since I don't know what's going on in the show now, I'll just leave my chips on Sarah, on the theory that eventually I'll be right. (Unless she wins the whole thing, which would be an interesting twist.) |

Dij | I hate to break this to ya Dijinn but I would gladly give up my Survivor picks for the next little while to go to England. Especially since the next couple episodes will be hard as hell to pick if they do indeed shake up the teams.
You make sure and have a good trip!

| | Hunter is out because the four lazy people on the team voted him out. If the teams don't shake up they will vote Gina out next. I had high hopes for Rob but I guess it is true that eventually people do show their true faces in competition, don't they? Quote: Originally posted by AuntieEmma (Unless she wins the whole thing, which would be an interesting twist.) | In all honesty, if that were to happen, I would give the show up for good. I doubt it will be too long before her, Sean, and Kathy are gone however. Who knows, maybe they will end up on the same team?

I will also be in England for the completion of the Final Four as well! heh. Guys at work are making BIG TIME fun of me for not planning around that. What THEY don't realize though is that this is our 5 year anniversary and that we originally met in England... I guess they just don't like the fact that they have been prioritized as second in the Taylor queue?? heh, oh well
As for the 'knucklehead' tribe -- as I have taken to calling them, which is a Hunter Quote -- they just signed their own death warrant. Hunter was the only one producing during the challenges (ie please recall the boat/rocks challenge... anyone see how many rocks Malcom-Sean-X DIDN'T get out of the boat?? And how many Hunter did?!?) ... I guess mediocrity loves company? Dunno what the heck that is about.
Either way those four losers (I am referring to NewYork Rob/Bazoomba/Unpronounceable & Malcom-Sean-X) are gone. I figure if they split them up tonight they are fodder for the increased voting power (8 to 4. Double Even!)... if they don't split up they will eat themselves alive... or will be destroyed at the merger by the Happy Tribe. Either way works for me.
The only thing a swap tonight will change will be saving Gina's hide possibly. Which would be ok with me.
I know exactly what happened here... Malcom-Sean-X was offended Hunter wasn't asking him what he thought ever other minute and so he set out to get the other lazy tribe members to vote with him. Simple as that.
I have learned to loathe these four ingrates. Detest even. It is a primal sort of emotion I am talking about here. Think blood-pressure medicine... that bad. Dijinn |

| | Ding -- I got another one!
Bye, bye Sarah.
I think time's running out for Rob and Sean. It's a close call between them, but I'm going to put my chips on Rob, because he's marginally more irritating (Sean at least has a personality, even if it is a negative one).
So, I'm voting for Rob (Same way I did with Sarah -- I want to leave my vote on him until he finally gets the axe, even if takes a while.) |

| | I was truly sorry to see Gina's torch doused last night (though, I would have had a hard time choosing who to vote off among those four). This version of Survivor seems hell-bent on adhering to one steadfast rule: Get rid of all the Good People until there's nothing but Bozos and Scumbags left on the island. |

| | The merge is next episode right?
If so, John might be in trouble.
Paschal is ticked because Gabriel is gone
Kathy and Nehleh are likely to vote with Paschal.
Rob, Sean and Vecepia MIGHT be able to gang up with them and get John OUT.
Of course, if the former Rotu people gang up with John and crowd against Rob, Sean and Vecepia then Rob or Sean will be out first.
What do you all think?

| | I was also sorry to see Gina go.
-------------------
I'm leaving my chips on Rob (still working on the theory that he has to get booted sooner or later), even though I think John is moving up rapidly as a major contender for the boot. His reincarnation-of-Richard-Hatch act is pathetic and is wearing awfully thin ... |

| | Alright...
welp, I'm back - and I watched all three episodes last night - back to back to back. Oh man this season is just about as messed up as it can get.
Can someone explain something to me though?? What the heck was Boston Rob and Sean thinking when they went in with John to wack Gabe? That was their only chance to break the number monopoly John had... ?? And Rob thought he was mister schemer... lame. If he was even half thinking he would have pulled gabe in to nuke John and create his own legacy from there.
Now it's anybody's guess... John (who, I admit, was my blind null guess for winning it all) needs to die a slow and miserable death darnit.
Right. Dij |

| | New All Star Survivor Series Next Year | | Did you guys hear about the new all star Survivor series that should be shot next year? Seems like a pretty cool idea - seeing as though we know them somewhat, it would make the game pretty intriguing I think.
One thing I am SURE of - Hatch would be out in the FIRST round! hehe. That much is certain.
Here's a link to the story - http://www.nando.net/entertainment/s...-2947759c.html

Good things come to she who waits.
Now that I've got my chips back, I'm putting them on Sean. I think it's a close call -- John and Cathy look like strong contenders this week too. But I'm sticking to the same basic theory of betting on people who have to go sooner or later, and for Sean, it really is just a matter of time.
Taking a tentative stab at guessing the final winner, I think it might be Vi or Paschal. | | | |
