That's also evening. Especially on Thursdays and Fridays. And all the cars should have NY, NJ, and PA licence plates, and the highway signs should be CT I-84 signs. |

I can't find a picture of a bunch of soldiers running in the morning before it's light out. Morning is watching the sunrise almost every day for the past nine years because I was already up to see it. Morning is doing more physical activity before 8am than most people do all day. Morning is the most productive part of my day. Can anyone find a photo for all that?

--naomi | I have always wondered why soldiers do everything so early in the morning. (  that sounds like one of those bumper stickers eg. "Teachers do it with Class" ... OMG now that sounds like an episode for a daytime talk show" 
Back to the question (of mine) - why do soldiers wake up so early?

Mornings in Paris 
We'd go to the Cafe Madeline.
Cafe au lait and croissants.
The waiter would bring a basket of warm, melt in your mouth, croissants.
I'd unroll the middle of the croissant and eat the flaky, slightly crisp, outer layer.
I'd then take one of the remaining ends and dip the thin, buttery layers into my cup of cafe au lait, just breaking the froth of the cafe, and then quickly pop the croissant into my mouth.
... sigh ...
