T’was a day in December,
and all through the EA
all the elves were PMing
their gifts for the day.

Santa Worm was delivering
all the presents with ease,
in hopes that the gifts
would delight all and please.

So get into the spirit,
And go search the net.
The virtual gift game
won’t throw you in debt.

Some gifts are quite funny,
and others are sweet!
Some pretty to look at,
some yummy to eat!

The game was designed
to be lots of fun.
And to say happy holidays
to everyone!

Well, I got an apologetic letter with a link to an hysterical comic website!

Dear MJ,

I was going to send this comic to you. But I have been assured by everyone I know that, although this comic is extremely funny and very well written, it's... well, it's offensive. Very offensive. So, I guess I can't give you anything today. Because the only thing I could think of to give you is just too horrible to share with anyone. Just make sure you don't click that link. And whatever you do, if you DO happen to click the link, don't click "next". That would be bad. Very bad. If you click "next," stop clicking. If you find yourself thinking, after clicking 5 or so times, "well, this isn't as bad as I thought it would be," you're just getting acclimated. This will probably cause you to become desensitized to violence and go shoot up a school, or worse, start telling people what you REALLY think of them.

So please, forgive me for not having an appropriate gift. Believe me, right now I am scouring the nets looking for a gift for tomorrow that I won't be able to give you, either.

Deb. I don't think I've heard the term "butt of lard" being thrown around H&F lately!

My SS sent me a cold glass of milk and a delicious chocolate souffle thingee in a mug. They look scrumptious (and the milk reminded me to go take my calcium pill ) and no calories. S/he said the milk was a "gift from her/his state"....I don't know what state is famed for it's milk, so I'll wait on a guess. (wait....Wisconsin is famous for cheese, so maybe by association......)

Anyway, THANKS Santa!
