Once again, I'm having some technical difficulties. I have a bit sack of presents to deliver, but somehow, the system won't allow me to send any PMs. This is bad.
If I can't get them delivered, I'll have to try something else. Maybe I'll be able to post them for you in the daily thread - but that doesn't seem so much fun.

Check your pm outbox. Those pm's might actually have gone out. I had trouble this morning too. Lots of error messages. But, I noticed that the message really had been sent. Three times.

Eris, you are all curled up in front of your fireplace, but you need something to keep you warm in case that fire goes out! How about an oversized microfiber throw, so you and your honey can curl up together?


And you need something to read while you are curled up, under your throw, drinking that Gevalia coffee. How about an autographed copy of Circle of Cats by Charles DeLint? I understand he's a fabulous author.


Well, that's all Santa has in her bag. Your final clue to my identity...well hell, I'd give it to you, but I have to run and get my newest accessory, a belt.

I grew up in Southern California. These candies were our most favorite holiday treat. I can still remember walking into the store!!!! Enjoy.

Hm. I'm sticking with my earlier guess (are we supposed to be guessing? I don't see anyone else guessing and I don't want to spoil the game!) because I remember a certain lady admitting "her family is happier when she doesn't bake"

Delicious though. We have those See's Candies here, but I've never tried them. Will have to do so on Santa's recommendation.

Note from Santa - post you gifts, but don't reveal your guesses yet. On Monday there will be a final game thread, and in that thread you can all post a gift (openly - no need to be secretive about it) to the person who you think has been sending you gifts. Then everyone can see who is right and who is wrong, and everyone will get one more gift from a different person.

Mine came through - twice. My Santa lives far, far away, and gave me an "in" at the best and most famous (and expensive) sushi place in LA, followed by a s'mores kit because I love my marshmallows incinerated. What a... guy? Gal? Santaperson!

And of course I have no clue who it might be. So on Monday, I'll just pick the person who lives farthest away.
