I'm so sorry, MJ! I really thought I was being obvious! | I thought you were pretty obvious. I guessed you were MJ's SS from the first day!
(Of course, I was stalking you and knew all about that QoW web site, too. )

| | Re: 12/15 - Give your Santa a Gift! | | Penguinlady, twas me. I actually thought about it last night, that, um, ya know, NY is a lot further away from you than AL. But at the time I was thinking in terms of straight-line distance. (Remember, I said, "not quite as far away as Santa Worm"?) Sorry if I confused you!
I had fun shopping for you, hope you enjoyed it all. Thanks for the encyclopedias, I wish I DID have a real set for the kids. And the car, oo la la!. Chocolate?
Thanks!

| | Re: 12/15 - Give your Santa a Gift! | | Melanie, you're embarrasing me! Not only did I guess completely wrong not once but TWICE, but now I also know that I better go look at my atlas. It would never occur to me that AL would be further away than NY!
And thanks for the terrific goodies - I really loved the penguins you sent me on the first day, and that kitty blankie was just perfect!
No, the car is the real thing. Here's some chocolate for you, though:
Enjoy!

| | Re: 12/15 - Give your Santa a Gift! | | Aw, Margaret, don't worry about it! And NY probably is further away from you than AL because it's on the diagonal - I was just thinking about straight west-to-east at the time.
Oh, and I knew the car was real - but the Christmas tree goodie is chocolate, isn't it?

CRUD!
Eris - I did this nice post with a Daria video for you, a book from CS Lewis, and a cat toy for Psst. And the forum ate it. But THANK you for the great gifts! I don't know why I didn't guess you from the comic... :d'oh: | The board, she has been hungry this week, no? Perhaps Amy should try feeding it chocolate?

I'll venture a guess that you're wrong. My pick for you is Deb.
Of course, I could be way, way off base. But, it's fun to play my own little game here.

Deb | OH! Thank you, thank you, Deb!
I loved the gifts, of course. I'm still drooling over some of them. If I had a big outdoor brick ovem, you'd all be invited over for pizza.
