| | 12/15 - Give your Santa a Gift! | | Santa Worm asked of the EA elves,
"Do you know what I know?
Who gave you the gifts EA elves?
Do you know what I know?"
Today is the day
that the truth will be revealed,
Elf identity will no longer be concealed.
Today the truth will be revealed.
It is time to guess who bought your gifts.
Get that elf a present,
and post it in this thread, EA elves.
Post Santa a present.
You'll soon find out if your guess is right
and if you can trust your insight.
May all your holidays be bright!

| | Re: 12/15 - Give your Santa a Gift! | | Through analysis of the hints provided, my best guess is Lynnzop. Of course, I'm only guessing here, but what the heck.
As for a present, well... I'm a evil minded sort of woman. I know Lynnzop has recently been diagnosed as being allergic to cats, but still has the little critters. And really, even though you love the little things to death, sometimes you want to make them pay.

| | Re: 12/15 - Give your Santa a Gift! | | We all know her penchant for purses
But here I sit muttering curses
She loves Louis V.
But oh woe is me
In purses she already immerses
I'd love to pick out something new
But somehow that just wouldn't do
Don't know which she'd favor
Or what someone else gave her
Or if she'd like brown, beige or blue
But I finally got an idea
All it took is a kick in the rear
So here's something better New seats for her Jetta
And a carload of pure Christmas Cheer
Merry Christmas Dear Magenta

| | Re: 12/15 - Give your Santa a Gift! | | My SS, I believe....is Angie (Thinkerlady). She didn't provide me with a lot of hints, but most of her gifts came from Pennsylvania. I'd love to go visit someday! So for our favorite Eagles fan, some fan gear! Official Coaches Jacket (looks warm!) Authentic Jersey (oh my - I wonder if it comes with sweat stains and all?!) 8' self inflating Eagles player to put up in your yard on Game Day And an Eagles stepping stone for your garden.
Finally, I found this site, I think you are rather a magical person, Angie, so a unicorn horn should be just the thing for you.
Happy holidays!

Alright, I am now unconfused (thank you, Wormie!) and will re-post my second gift, which tells who I think was my SS. It's a slide charm for one of those Italian Slide Charm bracelets:
And if I guessed wrong, you can keep the house and I'll get you a different charm if you like!

If it is Cindy, I'd give her artistic representations of
Because that region is not a prime tourist destination at the the moment, Cindy gets a trip to a place where they will appreciate one of her recent accomplishments:

| | Re: 12/15 - Give your Santa a Gift! | | aaaarrrrgggg!!! at first I thought I knew for sure who it was. Except that person isn't on the participant list.
Then I did some creative thinking and searching and I became positive it was someone else. Except that person isn't playing either.
Which leaves me in a toss-up between THREE people who ARE on the list, but none of the three seems to be the right one.
So if my Secret Santa wanted to see me puzzled beyond belief, he/she got his/her wish granted!
mj
feeling quite obtuse but loving the gifts anyway

Tee Hee!
Isn't this fun? Well, MJ - you'll have to narrow it down to one guess, and find a perfect gift for that person. |

| | Re: 12/15 - Give your Santa a Gift! | | OK, the moment of truth.
I have my Santa narrowed down to two people and can't decide which one it is, so here's something for each of them.
In case it's eplovejoy, here's a little something I picked up for you:
Given your varied interests, I thought this might be a fitting gift, and I'm giving you the RL version rather than the on-line one because I know how much you - like I - love books.
What you can expect to find in the Encyclopaedia Britannica 2002:
- A powerful combination of general reference sources.
- 32-Volumes with over 44 million words, bound handsomely in our black heirloom binding.
- Over 65,000 articles with 8,000 revised entries, over 5,000 revised articles, and 350 entirely new articles -- over 6 times as many new articles as any recent revised printing!
- Many new and revised articles cover up-to-date subjects such as "Globalization and Culture," "Madonna," and "Terrorism."
- Comprehensive entries written and revised by the world`s foremost scholars and experts, including many Nobel Prize winners.
- Over 4,000 contributors including such renowned individuals as Milton Friedman, Carl Sagan, and Michael DeBakey.
- Thousands of illustrations, maps, and photos with over 500 new additions.
Have a lovely holiday!
And if it's cristina1, I found this pretty cool item for you:
I know you love to shop, but dragging those gifts home is such a drag. So here's a little something to make the toting a little easier:
And something to nibble on while you're shopping: And just in case I guessed TOTALLY wrong on both of you, well, keep 'em, have a lovely holiday, and enjoy in the coming year!

| | Re: 12/15 - Give your Santa a Gift! | | I think my Santa might be one who'd enjoy something like this:
hanging in his den. So if I'm right, then perhaps Tom would'nt mind a delayed gift: two first-class plane tickets to wherever you'll need to fly to use these two box seat tickets to the opening game of the 2004 World Series.
Thank you, Tom.
And if I'm wrong, thank you to whomever my Santa was!

| | Re: 12/15 - Give your Santa a Gift! | | Ack! I just posted a gift and my computer ate it. That's not a very nice thing to do when the gift is for someone who was so kind and sent me such wonderful distractions to play with all last week.
If I'm right, then something like this:
would look good in his den.
So, perhaps he wouldn't mind a slightly delayed gift: Two first-class airline tickets to any city in the U.S. or Canada, that can be used to get dear Sleeper Tom to the city where he can use these two box seat tickets to the opening game of next year's World Series.
Thank you, Tom!
Or if I'm wrong, thank you to whomever sent me such fun gifts!

| | To my Secret Santa, Redlass -- From Joubert | | It had to be you. If you weren't my Secret Santa, please take that person with you!
I had the opportunity earlier this year to stay at the lovely La Costa Resort in Carlsbad. Given your love of quality hospitality service and the pampering you so richly deserve, I hope you can close your eyes and visit: http://www.lacosta.com/
I can't use graphics because they use a slideshow, but the new Deepak Chopra spa has opened, and the entire place is getting a facelift that is costing millions. Enjoy your respite from the snowy winter and let the spa attendants give you a Christmas to remember. http://www.lacosta.com/spa/chopra.asp |

| | Re: 12/15 - Give your Santa a Gift! | | Thank you to my SS for all of the wonderful gifts. They were very special. My gift to you is a trip to the beautiful gardens at Longwood. One of my most favorite places.
I truely loved all the gifts, especially the trip to Greece. I am still enjoying the teacher humor page!!! Thank you.
My guess?? I think my SS was Cindy--hadasashana. There have been seveal possiblities, but I keep coming back to Cindy.
