Re [Quiz]Commercial Slogans and Jingles

80% and a number were guesses as well. One must have been regional, because I'd never heard of the ad, never heard of one product, and got it right.

Which one? (pm or use spoiler) I'm curious. I was hoping it was all national stuff.

Yep. I do think that's a regional brand.

Re [Quiz]Commercial Slogans and Jingles

Ah. Sorry about that. It's one of those musical jingles from the 40's that I thought everyone knew. I don't remember seeing that product in Buffalo, but my parents would sing the jingle (despite having never lived in the downstate region).

Re [Quiz]Commercial Slogans and Jingles

That jingle survived well into the 90's I think.

And thanks for the earworm.

Two options:

Either go into Advanced Mode and use the magnifying glass icon or

Manually type [ spoiler ] [ /spoiler ] tags (without the spaces) around your text.

Way too many right - I am brainwashed by Madison ave. And we had the brand in Lynn's spoiler, I can still sing the jingle.

Re [Quiz]Commercial Slogans and Jingles

The jingle was on tv not long ago... definately within the last year or so for the brand that lynn didn't know. I love that jingle! It's the heavenly coffee... heavenly coffee.

I didn't know the wine one. Was that a print ad? I've never heard of that wine (which doesn't mean much) and I've never seen any wine commercials on tv

I didn't know the cigarette one either. I know that product, but, I've never seen a cigarette ad on tv. Not that MJ specified these were tv ads... I think I'm getting that from Amy's post.
