Hello Great Leaders,
I expect to be unavailable for Diplomacy Q&As between Thursday March 14th and Monday March 18th. However, unless someone objects I still plan to stick to our schedule. Fall 1905 moves are still due Tuesday March 19th.
If you have any objections please send me a PM or post a reply in our Diplomacy thread.
Thank you.

| | I think GM has some major logistics on her mind right now so while the orders for Austria shall be issued, any delay in processing would be absolutely understood.
My sources also inform me that the "all important package" has been delivered and the responsible parties have all the reasons to celebrate. It is the policy of this government to approve of such efficient and professional behaviour. It shall be commemorated by commissioning of a piece for string quartet as well as a brand new drinking song (to keep with the St Patty weekend theme).
Aside of the official: I look forward to some frontline report from our well travelled Alek. I'm sure he followed "the logistics" very closely. One might almost say he had a personal stake in it...

Our imperious games master has intoned that the deadline for submitting moves remains 9pm tonight. However, due to a dalliance with a suntanning 7 pound 14 ounce babe, she won't be able to actually do anything about posting the results of said moves until she returns.
Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
I believe her words were something along the lines of "We'll work it all out when I get back."

| | Mr. De Talkville,
Please extend our warm wishes to our fair and lovely GM. We wish her and her new babe well. Tell her to take her time. Diplomacy can wait.

| | Mr DeTalkville, why don't you suggest to her that she takes this week off. I know I for one, would not mind. I doubt anyone else would. That would mean we could keep the same schedule and everything, and that once you get Julia home, she's not worrying about this game.
I really hate to think she'd come home and one of the first things she'd tend to is this game. When Julia is cleared to come home, I hope she is the focus of all the attention, not this game.
Tell her Germany will declare war on any country or GM that does not agree to this. |

| | So we have it. France, England, Germany and Austria-Hungary have a treaty forcing GM into submission. She must not return until Tuesday at the earliest.
You don't want to mess with an alliance between France, England, Germany and Austria-Hungary. |

After an extended stay in the sun the GM has returned! The Indian Summer has caused an expected delay in the arrival of the 1905 Fall season. My apologies to all concerned. I trust you used the time wisely to forge new alliances and performed many backstabs while I was away.
Fall 1905 moves are due Tuesday March 26th.
You may keep the moves you have already submitted or you may submit new moves until the new deadline.
Thanks everyone for the well wishes!
Julia is doing well as is the rest of the Julia Tribe.

| | Leadership of Austria-Hungary apologizes profusely about issuing orders with such lack of luster. I have to admit that the cause of this is most disturbing: it seems like we start to run out of chairs!
The crisis is being dealt with as we speak...

The latest fad sweeps across the nation:
Rocking chairs are hip for the new Army in Vienna.
Capitan chairs are hastily mounted on floats to make a new yuppie Fleet in Trieste.
The chairs are more popular than ever!
