I Love Amazon

Littlest one turns 3 on the 2nd of the month. I had to wait for a commission check from Amazon before I got her a gift and the slowpokes waited till today to send it.

I went to place my order, and when I chose standard shipping, they said they would ship it on Feb. 1. If I chose one day shipping, they said they wouldn't ship it until the 3rd!

With the items still in my cart, I called Amazon. She had me verify a couple of things, and then put the order through. Once it went through, she fixed it to make it ship tomorrow

Not many people use the phone number cause they hide it so well, but every time I have called, they have picked up immediately and resolved my problem cheerfully. Gotta love that place and I hope they hide the number forever

grrrrr amazon. I bought 2 items and both were late and dodgy. I hate their search and navigation as well. It does have some good deals on the other hand.
