Thanks for the great deal

Hmmm ... I just sold one of my baseball cards through an e-bay auction. The winning (and only) bidder sent me an e-mail saying "Thanks for the great deal" I am sure that means "I love baseball trading cards and I enjoy buying items at their market value"

... right?

'only bidder' ?? I always thought the card auctions there were closely watched by savvy collectors. So perhaps you did get a fair price.

What was the card/condition and the winning bid? Just curious...

Six bucks for this Topps. If it had been a Topps Tiffany it would have been worth about $100 The condition is good, but it hasn't been kept under plastic.
