Shop Till You Drop! Yeah. I know you're not supposed to shop online using company resources. But, if you're going to do it, you may as well save some money.

Fedex?

They don't deliver on Saturdays, generally, do they?

Sigh.

I have a package coming to my house. No one was home to sign for it today. About a 40% chance of someone being home to sign for it tomorrow. That will be the "second chance" delivery. If my final chance is Monday, it's getting sent back to the company

Of course, I didn't know they were going to waive the possibility of my signing the little "leave it at the back door" thing. It *has* to be left with a person.

I want my

and my

(in khaki though, to match the above bag)

and my damier papillon which I can't get a picture of right now since it's sold out.

I want them now!!!

Re: Fedex?

They only deliver on Saturday if you've paid for Saturday delivery (meaning, it was sent Saturday Delivery)....but fear not. Just call them and talk to them. They aren't UPS (feh), they'll work with you. (Assuming this is the real FedEx and not the sham FedEx, Ground).

Another possibility is getting it re-routed to your work address. That's a little trickier, but if somebody at the company side will help, that can be done too.

Good luck.

Andrea

Here, if you are not at home, you can go pick your item up at the FEDEX station, after about 4:00pm (I don't remember the time for sure), which is open till 7pm. I'd be surprised if you didn't have that option also

Re: Fedex?

I am never home when Fedex or UPS comes through on their rounds. I always go to the station to pick up the packages. Airborne Express, however, leaves me a piece of paper to sign, but I've always been home the following evening when they return with the package.

Re: Fedex?

I've never seen a UPS or Fedex station in any town. There's mail boxes etc. Is that what you mean by a station?

Luckily, my mommy was home when my coffee-table-sized-box arrived. Eluxury puts the purse in its dustbag, then into the shopping bag, then into a gift box. Then, all of the gift boxes are placed into one gigundo box. I had three gift boxes in this one

I wish I could show a picture of the damier papillon. It's breath-taking!!!

And my Josephine. Wow!

I'm in heaven!

Re: Fedex?

The slip they leave should give the address of wherever your package was taken back to until they make another attempt; or for UPS, it's a phone number and you have to call to get the address of the location where you can pick up your package.

Re: Fedex?

Huh. Mine had a phone number, but no address.

Thanks for the info, so I don't freak next time!

Here's the damier papillon

It has a little mini version of itself inside -- sort of like nesting dolls. So cute!!!
