Actually, I just opened a letter I received from a store I am a little addicted to. They're naming me a VIP.

I'll be getting priority shipping for free, as well as pre-paid free returns and exchanges. Wahoo! They're also giving me a $100 GC. I'll be able to order before the general public, including on super-limited edition items. Who could ask for more???

Yes, a whole lot. I've used live help a whole lot too (the computer help thingy).

Their representitives are Omar, Randal, Helene... yeah... I've built relationships
