I have a purse up for auction.

I have a buyer who *wants* it. She just made me an offer via email.

I could end the auction and sell it to her on the side, but, I don't want to do that.

I don't have a BIN on this purse.

She is offering me more money than I expected to get.

I want to do everything on the up and up. I want the feedback. I want the papertrail of this auction.

I don't mind giving Ebay their cut in this auction. I'd feel bad if they didn't get their fees.

How do I end it early, sell it to her at the stated price, and keep everything kosher?

The item has no bids as of right now.

Did they find out about that purse from your EBay listing? If so, then I think that morally you need to let the EBay auction run its course.

They did.

I figured it out though. I had no bids, so, I edited my listing to include a BIN price. Duh!

LOL.

Now, let's just hope everything runs smoothly. Cross fingers... after I did this I realized I could check out her feedback even though I didn't have her ebay id. Turns out it's a little iffy.
