We exchanged letters for several days. The company believes that the pricing disclaimer in Amazon's Help Center protects it. I have filed one regulatory complaint and may follow with others based on the response.

I don't know how to sell on ebay and I'm not really interested in running to the post office after work to mail packages Besides, eventually Hubby would notice. It's just easier to make a run to The Sal with a trunk full of boots whenever Hubby gets The Urge to Purge.
