I've bought from them a few time already. I order, they ship for free. It takes a long time for the goods to come, but that's about all the trouble I've had. I've never needed any service from them, so I have no idea whether it's good or bad.

I did have one problem with them (I had been in a hurry and clicked through before I changed the shipping address to my son's house. I then e-mailed them and asked them if they could change the shipping address, and they said, "no can do." When I got the DVD I had to ship it to his house via media mail. It wasn't a big problem since I would have had to pay for shipping at other vendors, anyway. But just make sure your order's right before you push the button.)
