Shop Till You Drop!Yeah. I know you're not supposed to shop online using company resources. But, if you're going to do it, you may as well save some money.
Thank you for your interest in our healthy coffee – SoyJoe, The Balanced Blend.
Our business is a small but rapidly growing business and we want nothing more than to provide the masses with a healthier coffee. With that in mind, we are absolutely thrilled to send out free samples to curious customers because we stand behind our product and we believe everyone should have an opportunity to try it first.
Our site was recently posted on the “Free Stuff” board at FatWallet.com and we have been inundated with free sample requests the last several days. We enjoy the exposure, but what that means is we have several thousand samples to send out and the requests keep coming in. In the interest of getting samples into the hands of our customers as quickly as possible, we ask that you confirm your request for a sample by paying a $1.75 shipping and handling charge. You can do so by using the “Pay Now” button below using a credit or debit card.
$1.75 S&H
This is not our standard procedure but, due to the overwhelming volume of requests, we appreciate your understanding. We will also make it up to you on the back-end. If you decide you like our coffee and would then like to place an order, we will reduce your price by $1.75 at that time.
For those of you in the Atlanta area, you may choose instead to visit our booth at The Alive Expo – the all-new health and wellness expo – on May 14th at the Cobb Galleria Centre.
I know Worm, they should have figured a huge response and clarified the "free" sample thing before they put it up on the internet. I have absolutly NO interest now.
Unfortunately, a lot of these smaller companies have no REAL idea of the power of the internet - or at least are optimistically blind to the potential downsides. There have been tons of companies caught up in the same "free sample" hoopla and had to either A) turn down a bunch of people B) spend oodles of money they don't really have to honor the sample submissions or C) do like this company and ask for a modest fee to help cover at least their shipping and probably a little more (come on, do you really think it costs $1.75 to ship a *sample* of coffee?).
