Flying bird - things

I need help trying to find a flying bird on a pole (I know that sounds strange).

I have a person that has this on their wish list. There is a pole that is very sturdy, bamboo I think, and you have a polk that stands up roughly 7 foot or so and you have a fishing like to hook up this bird that flies when the wind gets to blowing.

I have been struggling trying to locate these online. Any ideas out there shoppers?
