Shop Till You Drop! Yeah. I know you're not supposed to shop online using company resources. But, if you're going to do it, you may as well save some money.

EBAY question for you.

I recently was helping a relative make some money selling items on EBAY since she doesn't have internet.

I had some items listed, most sold but a few items did not.

I received an EBAY email from a user stating they were out of town & saw that an item they wanted did not sell & am I still willing to sell it.

What's the proper protocol on something like this? Relist the item & let the person know?

Sell the item directly to that person for an agreed upon price (or will this break the rule about selling directly w/out EBAY?

HELP. This is the first time this has happened to me.

Thanks!

Re EBAY question for you.

Relisting protects you in case something goes wrong with the payment. If you take the person's payment and it's a scam (bounced check, etc.) but you did it completely on your own, then you're on your own trying to get back the money.

Re EBAY question for you.

Sounds terrific. I had 5 watchers, unsure why no one bid, but maybe over the holiday season, it will go.

Do you think decorative kitchen towels would sell on EBAY?

Re EBAY question for you.

I don't know if I should be happy or sad about they will buy anything on EBAY. I have tried to sell a lot of items, and some things just don't sell.
