| | Walmart Black Friday (Help) | | My parents' newspaper didn't have a black friday ad for Walmart.
I went to Walmart's website, but they don't have the black friday circular posted for my state (I looked through every location) and I looked through several NY stores too.
So, if any of you happen to have a Walmart circular at home, can you just check two things for me?
1. What time do they open in the morning?
2. Are there limited hours where you can purchase the $4 crock pot? I'd really like a crockpot!!!
Thanks in advance if any of you are able to help! |

| | Re Walmart Black Friday (Help) | | According to my wife the Wal Mart ad came in the mail Tuesday and it's been trashed. There's none in today's Dallas Morning News. |

| | Re Walmart Black Friday (Help) | | I pretended I lived in CA and I was able to see the ad on their website :/ It said the sale begins at 5 and for the item I am interested in, it's only available at that price from 5am to 11 am.
I didn't get the ad in the mail and I live within walking distance to a Wallyworld.
I got the paper for my town and it doesn't have one either.
I'm getting very afeared that they're only having the sales in some markets.
Thanks for checking, Slick!!! |

| | Re Walmart Black Friday (Help) | | There's a site called salescircular.com, and another one, too. You put in your zip code and the ads are displayed for your area. I'm out of town so I don't have my favorites list with me, but try it out...
There's another site, too--it may be called circular savings.com... |

| | Re Walmart Black Friday (Help) | | I have the ad.
Sale starts at 5 a.m.
Crock pot (if it's the same one I'm looking at) is 3.98 on the 5-11 a.m. sale until supplies last.

| | Re Walmart Black Friday (Help) | | Ok, I'm gonna go in a few minutes. It's 20 til 5 right now.
I have a feeling no one will be there because they didn't advertise it in my state.
I also have this weird feeling that maybe they don't have a black friday sale in my state, otherwise they would have advertised it. Maybe it was just certain markets.
We'll see in a few minutes. |

| | Re Walmart Black Friday (Help) | | Phew, they did open at 5. The lines formed to both sides of the enternce, and went all around the store. I got there with only a few minutes to spare (so I didn't have to freeze, yay!)
There were tons of employees. One asked me what I was looking for and lead me to it. Then I realized 2 quarts is too tiny, so, I upgraded to the 7 quart for $15. It has a band that you can put on it to help you transport it, which will be nice. Check out was also a breeze.
I asked everyone in line near me if they got fliers. None did. All of them had seen the ads online and decided to go. What an age, where big companies don't even have to print ads in order to get you in their store. | | |
