Shop Till You Drop! Yeah. I know you're not supposed to shop online using company resources. But, if you're going to do it, you may as well save some money.

Bzzagents and MyPoints

This post is really moot for anyone not doing bzzagent.com.

For you bzzagents, what do you think about the new point earning system?

I was a mypoints member in college, but I couldn't remember my old account log in or pass, and I don't have access to that email address any more, so I had to make a new account.

I was surprised that even though I had cashed out recently at bzzagent, I had enough points from "shaloha" to cash in for a $25 and a $10 Red Lobster gift cert. I'm about 1/3 of the way to another $10 gc it seems (about 500 pts earned so far).

I'm doing the free offers for points, but I'm not shopping through their site or signing up for credit cards or anything. So far I like the choice of rewards, but from what I am reading many people are unhappy with the point amounts they earn for good bzz.

And what is up with the "pending" points. If bzz agent is approving my bzz, why do I have to wait to get my points?

I was poking around the site a bit today, and I think rather than getting Red Lobster cards in the future, I'll get restaurants.com gcs. It lookes like it is fewer points to get a $25 gc. It also seems that a $25 gc on restaurants.com is $10... so I could get two $25 gcs and have some money left over... so $50... for less than the point value of one $25 red lobster gc. Has anyone tried this? Are my assumptions correct?

Re Bzzagents and MyPoints

Hmm, a lot of views but no comments. All of you bzzagents must have some opinion, right?

I have enough for another $10 gc now. But, 2/3 of my points are "pending." Throughout July and into the beginning of August those points will "mature." It's a downer to wait for them to mature, tbh. I don't know why they "pend" on bzzagent stuff. I understand if I made a purchase that the points would have to pend, because I could return the item and then I don't deserve the points. But on my bzz reports? Why?

Re Bzzagents and MyPoints

I was already a member of mypoints so it was actually a good move for me. I don't have any comments about the pending points because I don't usually get any from making purchases. My point come in the way of reading/clicking on the emails. It is amazing how those points rack up. Much faster than bzzagent ones.

Re Bzzagents and MyPoints

I haven't really paid a lot of attention. I was happy my bzzpoints were going there, as I have used mypoints a while, but don't have the credit card and just get the emails and occasionally shopping through them.

It's been great, hubby and I have gotten a few outback steahouse g/c too and enjoyed them tremendously!
