Oh kewl! I just saw this. The other day I put down Sink Reflections as what I was currently reading and Flylady is the author. Wonderful and VERY helpful book.

The great part is, it has actually helped me get parts of my life (or home rather) in order. That is a major acomplishment for me. :lol

Seriously though, I have found if you can get your home in order, other aspects of your life runs more smoothly as well. I love it.

Ok, I read her routines, but where is the "commute to work and back - 1 hour", "work minimum of 8 hours plus lunch so out of the house for 8.5 hours"....

If I didn't work full-time I don't think I'd need her hints!

Different things work for different people and I know lots of women do well with Flylady and like Flylady. I can't stand her My special pet peeve with her is that she doesn't recognize that different things work for different people... and so if you try Flylady and it doesn't work for you, it's because you're not doing it right/working hard enough/having faith in what she says/whatever. But the Get Organized Challenge steps worked great for me - and probably would do absolutely nothing for some other people. Different strokes for different folks.

FlyLady's mentors, Pam Young and Peggy Jones, the Sidetracked Home Executives, have a board for people who follow their program (as well as FlyLady's.)

There is a "Payroll SHE" message board there, as well as kitchen, homeschoolers, and threaded message boards.

SHE stands for sidetracked home executives.

You can pick up some good advice there.
