to laugh to sneeze and to yawn

to laugh
In Italian one says that
to laugh to make good blood (i do not know in English)
but also
the rice abounds in the mouth stupid

Is a paradox that but is explicable analyzing dynamics that carry to laugh and what happen in our body and around to it.
if we consider laughing like vent valve, we see that every time that we laugh, we free blocked energies, the muscles are become relaxed, the bad thoughts go... (we would have to make a thread on the thought) and we see the world in rose (or colors pastel, also this is interesting thoroughly).....

but...but... if someone laughs too much, sure it disperses many energies that it does not use in other way... while when make to laugh the others it helps them to unblock itself...

therefore a balanced person that uses yours energies well, laughs the just one, but has a sense of the joy much high.

it appeals to the argument to you? The next post: to sneeze and to yawn

P.s. I have synthetized a lot why the language does not help me.. but you could make examples and/or add other

Re to laugh to sneeze and to yawn

What a timely thread. Just yesterday I was reading about a study that determined that the act of creating the appropriate facial expressions of laughter or sadness can generate the emotions attached to them.

For example, people were asked to to watch a funny video. One group had to hold a pencil between their lips (which would not allow the muscles to contract into a smile). The other group had to hold the pencil between their clenched teeth (this forces a smile). The second group (the smilers) found the jokes in the video much funnier than the group that could not smile.

Similarly, when people spent time forcing an facial expression of joy, they began to feel happier (regardless of the situation they were in). The opposite was true when they practices frowning or scowling.

So, apparently, it is not only that the emotion affects the body, but the body affects the emotion as well.

By-the-way, this comes from the book Blink, by Malcolm Gladwell, a truly fascinating read.

And, it's even available in Italian:

Re to laugh to sneeze and to yawn

Hmmm. To laugh too much. I know one person who laughs too much. She sounds like Fran Dresher (a very bad actress with a very annoying laugh, Uno).

I'm not sure how her laughter makes her feel, but I know it makes the hairs on the back of our necks stand straight up.

Laughter has been shown to help pain and to help sick people get well.

Maybe dentists should tell all their patients a good joke before they start work on their mouth

to sneeze

to sneezing biologically from the valence to expel microbes the ways to aeere of the body, but there is something in more than it is not investigated from modern science
Master Noguchi the creator of the Japanese Setai supported (after a life of observations on all the variedness of persons) that to have a cold has meaning in the individual when is a fatigue of a single zone of our organism and that creates rigidity in that zone.
The sneeze creates one vibration that reactivate the tired zone (off topic in english tired is similar thyroid... in italian "tiroide" one of the centers of our energy)

unfortunately I litigate with the English language and I do not know if it will be understood and how much , I would have intentional to write other, between the other seems that only to little persons on Ea interest these things here
