Hubby and I will be celebrating our 10 year anniversary next month. We wanted to go away, but I'll just be returning from a ig business trip, and one of my co-workers will be away on vacation. I told hubby that my boss wouldn't let me go then and we should plan something for later in the month.
Well, hubby go sneaky and called the boss without me knowing it. He explained that I was concerned about the trade show and about my co-worker being out, but that if it was ok, he wanted to surprise me with a cruise on our anniversary week. My boss said yes! MrWorm asked if he was sure that it wasn't a bad time for me to be out. Boss said that I would have 2 days after the show to follow up, and that I probably wouldn't get the necessary info that next week anyway. He said that we only have one ten year anniversary and that we should go. He said he and co-worker #2 would be in the office, and that he had no problem with me being out.
Hubby called me with the big surprise! Looks like I'll be spending my anniversary in Belize!
I'm so psyched! We always planned to go to Italy for our 10 year, but with the war and all the tension we didn't plan it. We just love cruising, and now we have great plans for our 10 year! I'm surprised and delighted!
