What a crazy story. I read the laws to be sure (though I knew them already) - the buyer is totally wrong on the law - counterfeiting must be intentional. eBay's policy applies to repeated sales, not one-timers.
If I were this guy I would sue her for malicious prosecution in the police report - heck he told her not to bid, blocked her account, and she bid anyway with another account. She deserves what she got. |
