Tonight is the Junior Prom. My son is trying to contain his excitement----he doens't want to be as "goofy" as his sister was before her Junior Prom.
We just went to pick up the flowers. I am about to iron his shirt--no tux for this prom. Next year.
I am excited for him, but I also have to laugh. He is a junior, the girl is a senior. He has a learner's permit, she has the driver's license. I just figured we would have to drive them. She has a car, and is picking him up!!!!! Oh the times they have changed! |

We did!! She looked so pretty. He was so nervous!!! I don't know how to download the pics. Have to wait for hubby.

Don't mention proms around me. We hosted one yesterday, and one of the attendees decided that it would be a good idea to vent his aggressions on a pane of glass in the hotel.
We were not amused.
grrr...

What a wonderful night for your son and his girlfriend!
Even I have been able to download pice (and I'm not good at things like that at all.)
Under additional options at the end of this box, there's an "attach file" box. You just find the file you want to attach and put the file name into that box.
The only thing I had a problem with is that the picture files are usually too big. My files are usually jpeg.
Maybe Amy has an answer for both of us on that one...maybe there is some other way we can store the picture files that compresses them more.
I don't have any problems attaching picture files to e-mails. |

The prom was wonderful. He was a mess when he got home. He danced the entire time. I could wring the sweat out of his shirt! She kept up with him too!!! He had such a wonderful time. His feet hurt today. He has to go back to school today, because it is the "senior citizens prom". He is in the National Honor Society, and they host this prom for the elderly folks in the area. He will dance with all the ladies again, I am sure.
The prom was at school, in the gym. So all behaved quite nicely I am told. He met another girl, and has his "eye" on her!!!
We got the pics onto the computer, now I am going to try to get them into the gallery. | |
