Her fashion personality is offbeat but fashionable....with Craftster.org, she's learned how to take those oversized T-shirts you get at different events and turn them into sleek form-fitting creations. She hems in the sides, cuts off the sleeves, makes a V-neck, and hems up the sleeves and neck. Sometimes she'll make the bottom a little shorter and leave a longer piece of fabric on each end to put on a tie-belt.
She has also learned how to make shirts out of old panty hose (don't try this if you weigh more than 105 pounds!)
She's made lined cloth purses.
She's made all sorts of things from duct tape--wallets, photo albums, picture frames....it sounds bizarre, I know.
