Baby Shower ~ Help!!!

Ok. Last night, I get a call from my best friend's mom. Apparently, I'd been elected to co-host the baby shower, which is fine and dandy, no problem. The problem comes in when I learn that they've been emailing me all pertinent information... to an email address I no longer check.

So, the shower is on May 15th. I'm in charge of the main food course and favors and gifts. Food, taken care of. I have a great recipe for Waldorf Chicken Salad, and some nice Croissants from Costco.

Any ideas for favors I can do in 9 days?!?!?!?

How many people. At one shower, I got a favor that I thought was really cute and that should be easy to make.

They took those small lucite frames that sit on the desk - you should be able to get them at Walmart or, if you're lucky, at a dollar store. They then bought a jigsaw puzzle and glued the pieces around the edges - overlapping (not fit together). Then in the corner they glued on a baby thing from the craft store - I think it was a little wooden bottle or baby - something like that. One jigsaw puzzle, some glue and a package or 2 of the decorative thingies plus the frames are all you need, and they should be fast to glue.

I've also gotten baby cookies by design - they're expensive though unless you have the time an patience to make them yourself.

You know, in all the rush and shock, I forgot to ask how many people were coming! Sheesh, I don't even know exactly where it's at. That would be an important factor, wouldn't it? haha!
