Round my neck of the woods, we call those "Too Big to Move Rocks" that are usually found on the lawns of houses in older developments.

'round my neck of the woods, we call those "Rocks that fell off the side of yonder mountain in the last rainstorm." They're all over. But, it must be fun to want to charge someone to haul it off for you. I always thought it was the other way around. Silly me.

My opinion is that his filing fee at Ebay is cheaper than any other source of advertising for the brochures he's trying to give away and whatever it is that he's written about after the part where it says "I had a vision from God" and I quit reading.

For whatever it is worth, there is a huge market for meteorite debris. I read a story in one of the science mags about this a few years ago, an old, POS Chevy Caprice that was totalled by a meteor (in New England, IIRC) was bought by a collector for something like $50,000.

Unfortunately for this guy, there's no huge maket for plain-old-big-rocks.
