I've always thought tornadoes should be kept at arm's length. But then, I would like to have 100-mile-long arms.

Um yeah, I managed to sleep through the whole thing. I'm a little miffed because I never heard any tornado sirens, and we're in the same county where the tornado hit. Aren't they supposed to be county-wide alerts? I first realized that it had stormed when I heard it on the radio news this morning. Everything is fine here.

I watched the weather until just before 10 and tracked the storm for a while. I knew I was going to get the southern edge of it and I could see it was traveling to the east. | |
