And next - I am on hold again. My call finally got put through to another real person. At the SChaumberg IL store.
The lady at that store was really nice, at least she was after I screeched 'Consumer Help Web' about five times. However, since I didn't buy my bed at her store, and since she is only a cashier, chances are she will not be able to get anything done for me.
And next:
Her name is Ursula. She made three attemtps to get the manager of the store where I purchased the bed. She finally gave me his personal voicemail phone number. I just left a message.
total toll-free hold: 1 1/2 hours.
long-distance hold time: 1/2 hour.
Question: if you had kept me on hold for two hours, would you want to try talking to me after that?
