My cheesecake is still frozen. 
I went grocery shopping this morning. Along with all my healthy food items, ... cough ...., I had an impulse buy: Frozen Cheesecake.
The purpose of an impulse buy is to provide immediate gratification.
I am not feeling gratified 
A wonderful Caramel-Apple-Pecan-Crumble topped, new york style cheesecake is sitting on my plate.
A fozen lump of temptation.
I wonder if I can find my blowtorch ..... Hmmmm .... flambe!?!?!?!

I've never let the fact that it's still frozen interfere with my immediate consumption of a cheesecake. It's actually pretty tasty that way too.

I thought I'd try to find a link to a photo of the cheesecake ... might as well share my temptation 
but this was the first site I found: Calories in PC New York-Style Pecan Streusel Caramel Apple Cheesecake 
They give the cheesecake a D- grade.
Obviously they never actually ate the cheesecake

cheesecake is fattening but it has the dairy group - cheese, the carb group - graham cracker crust, the meat group - pecans, and the fruit group - apple.
It's am almost perfect food.
Now if you have a bit of chocolate sauce to drizzle over it, you're set! |

I'd eat it frozen too, and heat up the knife if I couldn't cut it. I wondered about defrosting, but didn't know if it'd heat it up too much and make it too melty. As long as you keep a close eye on it, you'd probably be okay.
