Ha! No, I ate real pork roast for lunch and mixed veggies AND had a Pina Colada breeze protein shake. That is non-alcoholic just in case you were wondering.
And I am not some sort of health nut, I'm just trying to get in plenty of protein while dieting so I don't lose the muscle I've worked hard to gain. Not that I've gained any but I don't want to lose what I have either!
I also have peanut butter chocolate protein powder. MMMM.
