Nope, just the confirmation page last night. It finally went through. I found several entries on their forums about how many people were trying to get through, and that a bunch of folks are quite annoyed that they didn't get anything but people who shopped later did get BOC's. I am fairly unimpressed with WOOT's response, especially since they are usually fairly polite. Oh well. |

Once I commented that out, it was like taking the brake off. But it took us an hour to figure out what the problem was.”
While there was some momentary server crawl, the load they were operating under was pretty enormous. “At our peak, we were getting about 30,000 web requests per second,” Luke says.
