I'm having a Subway Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki....ummmmm so messy (I need to go wash my hands!) but sooooo good.

"My" young man re-enlisted and is going back to South Korea. We ate in Little Korea (a couple blocks from my office). I had Duk Mandoo Guk, which is beef strips and dumplings and rice cake in a clear broth. Plus the usual little tasting dishes they put out (sesame-toasted seaweed, kimchi, radishes, etc.).

Lunch for me this week is 4 oz of pork loin roast and mixed veggies. I usually mix up a little mustard/mayo combo to dipping.

I don't think I like you. That sounds really good and I was stuck with leftover pork roast and wild rice.

If it makes you feel any better, yesterday's lunch was canned tuna mixed with a little light mayo on a stale, long-frozen bagel from a meeting a few months ago that I found in a bag in the back of the office freezer.

I had chicken borsellini in alfredo sauce, left over from last night's dinner.

I was going to eat pasta with chicken and alfredo sauce but got distracted and ate candy, crackers and fruit cups at my desk.
the chicken alfredo will hopefully be there Friday when I go back to work
