Mario's packed and I'm getting ready to head north. Have beads and wire, wine, and gifts for my adorable nieces and nephew, will travel.
Jeremy was supposed to pack his own clothes and stuff to keep him occupied while he was home today. Think he did? NO. So he's getting what I happened upon. If he doesn't like watching Pooh videos, too damn bad.
I'm sure I'll be checking in later tonite.

Here. Yawn. Dingo is investigating the house. One of the cats left a dead mouse in the hallway and I had to pick it up for Mom.
Jeremy evidently DID pack his clothes et al, but didn't leave them where I could find them. Ergo, we drove BACK home after football practice and picked them up. So he was not subjected to Pooh videos the entire trip. Got a very late start tho, so I had to drive faster than normal to get here before I fell asleep.
Okay, that last statement makes no sense at all.

It's raining. Sigh. I wanted to go to the Rennasance Festival (Minnesota has a great one) and it's raining and cold so we are not going.  Planning on going to the Mall of America instead. I guess there is a giant gingerbread house inside...I'll go look for Hansel and Gretel.

We had fun at the Mall, along with everyone else in the Twin Cities.
I got a really fun shirt for an upcoming event that is PERFECT for it. Mom picked up a Christmas present for someone. Jeremy got a shirt that reflects his personality (so HE says): "Get 'er done...someday"
Plus, I got a lead on a store in the Mall who specializes in local and regional artists. How cool would that be to have stuff at the Mall of America????
Home now...it was 57 and raining when we left Bloomington. It's 90 and muggy here. Blech. I don't know which is worse.

6 for most people. 5 for me.
I forgot to tell about how much fun we had last night. I brought Meg and Nik beads...a whole one of those gallon sized Rubbermaid container things full. First we went through the beads, then while I fixed a bracelet of Leslie's, the girls played Go Fish with Jeremy. Drew "played" with Jeremy's YuGiOh cards  okay, it wasn't funny to Jeremy. Then Meg and Nikki wanted to play with their beads - Nikki made an adorable pumpkin bracelet and Megan (being Megan ) "designed". I know she'll come up with something beautiful when she has more time.

Drew had slumped down for some reason...he is simply adorable and hilarious. And when he's sad, he just folds himself up, totally in half, and wails. It's quite comical, actually.
Nikki...Dan said the same thing, Wormie. She IS gorgeous. And just a dickens. Yes, you can see it in her eyes.
Megan is so grown up and giggles like a fiend. She adores "her Jeremy" and is such a great big sister.
