Anyone interested in playing after the holidays?
Heck, it's a way to get rid of a box and some of the stuff hanging around the cupboards, and maybe that fruitcake Aunt Fran always gives you for Christmas.....
For those who didn't play the last time, we had a sign up, and drew names (much like SantaWorm, but it wasn't a secret). Then you had a period of time to fill a box with stuff you didn't want (and some of it was GOOD stuff!) and sent it to someone else. The recipient was supposed to take a photo and post it, or at least list out an inventory. It was good for quite a few laughs.
I don't want to start anything up right now, but maybe in the doldrums of January. If there's interest, I'll volunteer to organize it.

I'm still finding bits of Elyzabeth's box everywhere I turn... the backpack she sent is perfect Butter size and she wears it every day to preschool when we drop off Bug to the hysterics of parents who have never seen such a tiny person with a backpack. |

Yeah, I still have the Fairly Odd Parents bobble head on my computer desk (I think I sent to Margo, and Fridai sent to me...or was it the other way around?)...Dan tried to ditch it a few days ago and I wouldn't let him. And I love the fanny pack that I got in my box too.

It was worth it for the lovely Aging alphabet sign that has a place of honor in the waiting room on the receptionists desk.
As we're in the middle of remodeling and cleaning things out, I can easily beat 22 pounds...
