Yee haw!
I think I finally got to the end of mine too. One night with about four pillows, a glass of water next to the bed to sip whenever I woke up coughing (every TWO hours) and kleenexes to blow my nose. I felt 900% better this a.m. and have barely had a coughing fit all day. 
One more night like that, and I'm ready to partay too!!! I have been calling everyone for NYE (my favorite holiday next to my bday!!) and hope to have a real live full house!!!!

I still have the water and kleenexes but I am not letting them intimidate me any more. I am taking charge and planning to party. Two weeks of this is enough!!

How about some Glühwein? It's my favorite holiday drink. 
4 bottles of dry red wine, 3-4 cinnamon sticks, 2 small oranges studded with whole cloves and sliced, 1 quart orange juice, 1 quart apple cider, honey to taste, and a couple shots of brandy or some of Angie's Ameretto. Keep hot in crockpot, no higher than a simmer, until gone. It won't take long if I'm there.

Deb--that sounds like a real winner, especially for tonight. The weather is supposed to give us an icy cold rain tonight. Some parts will see snow, mixed with rain. Nothing but a cold wet mess.
Me--I plan to stay inside and stay warm, and drink up. After all, it is New Year's weekend, and we need an old fashioned EA PARTY!!

I want what Deb's having, but in IN there is some dumbass law that you can't buy booze on Sunday (except for in a bar) so it'll have to wait.

PA has had the same dumbass laws Wormie. Only recently have the state stores been open on Sundays, and then only until 5 PM, and only specific stores. Fortunately ours is open on Sundays. I don't think beer distributors are tho.

No booze on Sundays?  I thought those laws went out years ago. Move to Iowa where you can get good and drunk any day of the year.

I know how to get to I-80. It is about 45 min. to an hour from my house! I guess I would go west, tho.
